Each day is counted as one so you will be clearing immigration before midnight on the 8th day, so if your flight is 00.30 on the 8th day you only require a 7 day visa, each extra day of overstay costs US$10 so even if you were over by one day it is still only going to cost you US$20 taking in to account you have already paid US$10 for your seven day visa, EOM.
