with the service and professionalism of the management at the Febris (they also own the Green Garden Hotels). Had no dramas with our booking, they answer emails promptly and understand your questions also.
The benefit of booking direct is you generally pay per room rather than per person. When you add up the difference you generally are making a saving.
It can be a bit fiddlier booking direct and then having to settle up on arrival and sometimes can just be easier to book through an agent and pay all up front (you can just book accomodation section) - but that is up to the individual. I found it easier to source vacancies through an agent and got knock backs from hotels like the Bali Garden because they seem to give a number of rooms off to wholesalers and cant sell these directly.
