We (2 adults, 2 kids 9+11)are staying in a two bed roomed suite. The main suite has a large bath\shower and the adjoining room has a shower. The kids have two separate single beds and both rooms have a 40" LCD TV. The staff are great, breakfast perfect, will even make you a proper Latte or Cappuccino as previously mentioned.
Now, we have stayed in hotels from The Dynasty to the Bali Ayu, we enjoyed all for what they had to offer. We are not ones to complain that there is "No bottle opener", "there was no chocolate on the bed when we arrived" etc etc. We booked the Haven for the simple fact that is was good value, good location and we could book accommodation where the kids could have a separate room. We are up and out early morning and back late in the evening from our activities.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. There are bound to be teething problems with any new opening but the staff are right there to assist and fix any of your grievances.
