Not sure what time duty free hours are, as it is not something I've ever looked for, if there is one on arrival? Hmmm. But anything you wish to buy will be much cheaper if you go to Kuta/Legian/Sanur or wherever your accommodation is than purchasing at the airport.
Normally duty free shopping is better to buy on your way out of a country I would of thought, or am I missing something? LOL :)
