URGENT HELP Wheelchair Needs Welding

Hi all
My partner is a paraplegic T6/7 in a wheelchair full time and its broken here in bali just a few hours ago. We need to find an engineering centre or a titanium welder urgently.. it must be titanium unfortunately just to complicate it!!
