best places for sight seeing on a budget

Travelling to Bali in November with two teenagers and two younger children.I'm on a tight budget this time, i would like to have some suggestions for sight seeing on a budget. I have been a few times before, this will be the first time i have taken the kids.
It's a bit hard to explain what i mean, i would like them to see how weaving is done, pottery being made, etc.

Any suggestions would be great.
