We have been to Tropical Bale each time during the day and there have been few other diners.
The restaurant decor is superb, the views lovely across the flat rice paddies.
Dont suppose I have helped your decision making at all but I can strongly recommend dining there for lunch. They have a 'lunch time set', being choice of entree and main, or main and dessert, for 95000rp.
Dont forget to check out the 'glassware' for sale in the front section, I think its superb.
