There are heaps of Orphanges in Bali.
Firstly, where will you be staying and secondly do you have a particular focus group. EG: young children, teenagers, Disabled, Birthing centres.
Helping an Orphange can be as easy as a cash or food donation or carrying some clothes or sheets in your suitcase over there.
Even if you can not visit one, there are heaps of people who will pick things up from your hotel. Smudge is a regular contact on the Forum and I believe he can find a use for just about anything.
