I certainly recommend going to Alta Moda for your material. We used Lenny from Belinda House of fashion for daughter's ball dress a couple of years ago. On her business card it says that she makes wedding dresses. Her email is belinda_lenny@yahoo.com & phone number is 7415088. she can make dress from picture and will meet you at material shop and all fittings at your hotel Her prices may be different from 2 years ago.Probably would pay to email or phone her if you have questions.
