Its' ok I'll SMS Irma later and see if I can put in a good word, maybe I can persuade her to let you move back inside....(at least until the porch is fixed up).
PS: In both instances when Neil Down "sprinted" outside did he deviate in his stride (i.e. did he make a pitstop first at the BRE) because the last time I heard that Neil sprinted was when the ICE truck drove past your place without topping up the esky.
Seriously mate..... hope all gets back in order soon, thank the Gods that you are all safe, tiles can be replaced.
