Went through Yulia hotel three days ago and quite impressed.
The front of the hotel is Breezes Restaurant in Jl Pantai, just behind Kentucky Fried Chicken, hotel rooms and grounds looked nice and clean, no actual lane you have to walk down, access to the hotel is virtually straight off the street, got a pamphlet and seems very well priced starting from 400,000Rp a night.
