I've seen them several times being hawked in bars & restaurants. In late June they were at the novelty shop opposite Un's restaurant in Kuta. Don't know the price, sorry. Un's is in a gang running between Poppies 1 & Jl Pantai. If you turn into Poppies 1 from Jl Legian, take the first on your left (there is a sign for Un's). It's a great little area - excellent shoe place, fun novelty shop AND Un's with excellent, reasonably priced food & frozen margaritas.
