and I was very happy with the result. I took my own 9ct gold though (old items I didn't wear anymore & broken items). Very cheap to have things made - I had 2 gold charms for my Pandora bracelet made & they cost around AU$15 each. I also had a 9ct white gold ring made but not with my own materials. Good idea to take photos or pics along of the designs you want copied - I did this & got perfect replicas.
