Cigarette smoke 'bothers' everyone. You should not have to be told.... Environmental tobacco smoke or passive smoking has been conclusively shown to damage people's health.
The risks from passive smoking are greater than those posed by any other indoor man-made pollutant released into the atmosphere. At least 60 of the 4,000 chemicals in tobacco smoke are confirmed carcinogenic chemicals.
The freedom of an individual to smoke can infringe the freedom of a non-smoker to breathe smoke-free air. A smoker can refrain from smoking until he or she is in a place where it doesn't affect others, but a non-smoker cannot refrain from breathing until he or she can find smoke-free air!
The so-called ‘nanny state' also has rules related to exposure to asbestos at work. Perhaps Bali does not. Consider what that means....
