Australia to introduce Vip GOQ

Just read an article that the guys in customs in Aus are to start a new service "Vip GOQ" as of the 1st Oct if you slip the guy at the 1st counter $50.00 (aus) he will take your passport & get it stamped,collect your bags, proceed to immigration, get bumped to the front to the front of the line and meet you upstairs in the bar.
For those who refuse to pay, the 1 counter that is manned will be really slow.
