First you have to con as many family memebers as you can to help then put a heap of conditioner in you hair to make it easier to take out, cut the ends of the braids and just undo them with your finger nails most of the glue washes out if they put it in before you take them out in the shower and pool anyway. Then comb your hair and wash it a couple of times. You will find lots of hair comes out, thats not because you have damaged it, its because you loose hair everyday and while in braids it can't drop out, so when you undo it it releases all that hair.
