hi georgina, we stayed at KTH in june and I'm going back there end Oct. I loved the place and if you can afford the few dollars more get one of the better apts as they are just lovely, however in saying that all the apts there are fine. There were family's with children of varying ages who all appeared to be having a great time. The access to KTH can be tricky but to be honest I dont think its much more difficult than other areas of kuta or legion. Its a 3min walk to legion st which is where we used to get on/off taxi's if reqq'd. The breakies there are fine and you can pay a few 1000r extra if you want extra like bacon etc. Some family's had their own cereal as they wanted to make sure their kids got what they wanted. The staff there were amazing and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. There is a terrific laundry accross the road who will do all your stuff for a few dollars (embarassingly cheap!!)(EVA laundry). There are also a couple of very close restaurants which you will enjoy but its only a short walk to lots of other places also. The deposit was $100usd and this comes off your bill. With the great exchange rate you should convert your AUD there and pay cash if you can.If you go on FB and type "balitravelforumites" (groups) you can see a heap of pics taken at kth. Hope you have a great time there, regards Carmel
