to get to the Turtle Conservation you take the road opposite Macro out to Serangang Village and follow the road around the waters edge through the village then to the canal and it is on your right hand side. If you go to the Commercial "Turtle Island" as part of a water sport package you go down to Nusa Dua then you catch a boat from the para sailing area around the point to where the "Turtle Island" is. In low tide you can actually walk across the marsh land from the para sailing area.
I learnt to ride a motor bike on Serangang Island and have ridden right around the waters edge from one side to the other and have not seen any other Turtle homes. They used to be there many years ago when Serangang was actually an Island but apparently when they filled in the land it was easier to move it all down to the Nusa Dua area.
