Haven't stayed at Ramada but I stayed at the Patra last November and had an awesome time!! Pool is massive, the adult pool came in handy too as there were a lot of kiddies that arived during our stay.
Breaky was sensational but wouldn't eat there for lunch or tea as it is pretty pricey. The only other negative for me is the trip into town. As it is right on the fence of the airport, there is not much to see around there unless you are prepared to walk? Even though it would only be around $5 bucks to get to Kuta Square, it adds up if you are doing it daily. However, if you are just looking to relax at the hotel then the Patra is the way to go :)
