Mind you there are rats at the best of establishments, they are not fussy and the payment for losing a key is quite standard in many hotels. That towel card fiasco didn't last long as people lost the cards , not the towels. :0)
Hopefully the riff raff will keep going to the KP and the place will improve again ha ha
