One up above Ubud called Taro which has accomodation and huge elephant sactuary, also museum with Mamomth skeleton and other interesting photos etc. I went there several years ago. WE found it amazing in terms of the quality interaction between you and the elephant and being able to feed them afterwards and have pictures taken. Again this was expensive for park entry and ride as they all charge in US$, but as my mum said at the time as we were all handfeeding our lovely elephant "its priceless".
Then there is the Bali Marine and Safari Park, this one also has accomodation (called Mara River) and does have elephant rides as well as other animals in enclosures and up close for photos, has a pretty weak fun park and a water park etc. This one is not far from the coast near Lebih beach. From memory entry is $35US each for the jungle hopper and the elephant rides are on top of this I believe. I remembered thinking that it worked out to $100 but I cant recall if that was for 2 people or 4. I'm not sure how much as we got a package with accomodation and rides included.
I also went to another indonesian run elephant park a few years back but not sure if this one is still running.
All are not cheap, but I enjoyed them all. Taro was the best for elephant experience and photos with the elephants; the safari park has more things to do and see.
