My family stayed @ MBR IN July. We booked for 17 nights and tried to move hotels because we were disappointed in the standard of the hotel. Some of the deluxe rooms have been refurbished. The property is really tired, the staff are lovely and do their best. Close by is the Puri Raja and Kumala Pantai much nicer propeties with lovely rooms and pools both are beachfront. We really like the area. We were unable to change hotels and settled into the MBR, got used to the fact it is way overdue for a reno and we would stay their again but only if the price was much cheaper than those other 2 hotels.
