rate for Kartika Plaza $138 usd and one of my favorite hotels in Bali, you wouldn't be sorry staying here especially for the price. The Ramanda Bintang's price is also very good and it's another really nice property to stay at.
I'm sure they would be okay to use, otherwise the Bali forum wouldn't advertise this site.
Some people on here may of used them so wait until you get more replys.
