Bali's ducks are one of the world's oldest breeds of domestic duck, and are rather unique in that they are rarely found outside of Bali.
They are a great little eco pest controller because they eat mosquito larvae and grubs.
They save the farmer some of the back breaking work of weeding because they munch on small weeds that grow between rice stalks.
They are an important food in many religious ceremonies, and economically they can be a good source of income for many duck owners.
BTF is right to have ducks as their logo image :)
