Hi Nicki,
The Netfare VIP service can be booked through Netfare in Sydney.
I am lazy and just google Netfare to get their phone number.
I usually ask for Manny who can help.
The past few times have cost me $38 per person in addition to the Visa charges.
Someone will meet you in the airport at the bottom of the stairs as you disembark with a sign showing your name.
That person will escort you into a lounge area where you are offerred cakes, tea, coffee or bintang beer.
There is also a separate smoking booth if you need a puff after a long flight.
The escort will ask you for your travel documents and passports and Visa dollars and then stroll off to organise things.
After about 15 minutes he returns and escorts you past the queques
through immigration and customs out to the taxi area.
It is a breeze for us and we love it...........
