Thanks for that. I have been in contact with the bank, as soon as i discovered the transaction. Air Asia have said they have only taken one amount out of the credit card, but also asked for the number again. This was to make sure that the amount was taken out of the right card. Or so they told me. My bank will do a transaction dispute, and this could take 2 weeks. Air Asia have told me it could take 30 working days. They have not even opened the e mail that i sent last night with the bank statement. Will go to the bank manager today.
