We have stayed at the Jayakarta and we had no trouble. Walked into our two bedroom apartment to find the master toilet was running. Mentioned it and a group of people came to fix it. They were unable to fix it so moved us to two one bedroom apartments interconnecting. Which was great and had no trouble. Also found the staff great. Asked politely and they were more than happy to help!
Have noticed over the years about good and bad reviews on just about everywhere. There are hotels in Sanur that we rave about and others won't dream of staying there. I'm a firm believer that you have to try yourself before judging! Always held us in good stead! Worse stay we've ever had was Lavina but that's a whole another story!
