Just get in a taxi and ask for Kuta Galeria.
If you head east from Jl Melasti, cross Jl Legian, you follow the road around to the right then come to a t-intersection, turn left (if you go right, you go back to Jl Legian and Climax is almost opposite where road comes into Jl Legian). About 1/4km you cross the canal and Alta Moda is on your right. Its a large 3 storey building and well marked.
Just describe to the staff at Alta Moda what you want made and they will suggest meterage.
