this happened to our sons friend (Bali virgin) while we were in the front of Matahari getting a phone card they waited out the front on the pavement. Thankfully my son was with him and yelled out "undercover cop" as his friend had no idea what was happening and was just about to take it. As soon as my son yelled out the "cop" ran off.
