All his mates had gone earlier but due to work comitments he could not fly till Sunday and had to return on Friday so only affordable flight was Indojet $545.00
Thought about flying him Airasia ex perth via KL to Bali at the time of booking but why take 12hours to get to bali...
No accomodation needed as he was going to tripple share with his mates

May 20Th Ozjet in trouble, call Indojet - no worries reply "we are using chartered aircraft on our own". No worries i thought trip is not till 28th of June so should all be sorted
All seems fine people getting uplifted getting closer now to time my son has to fly. getting excited as per normal, hear of occasional delay and disrupted flights. Thought Hmm it happens
Getting very close so phone indojet again 22nd - still advised no worries all is ok passengers being uplifted on other aircraft, Wednesday's flight seems to go without a hitch i thought
then start seeing posts about people not uplifted.... Phone them, yes there had been a problem but they were fitting passengers onto other flights either on that same day or early on the next. Great i though

Can not get through to indojet phones busy all day got through once - sat on hold for way to long then disconected,get through just 2minutes after 5 to hear auto message "office is now closed for the weekend"
6.30pm Friday receive SMS - still in process of having our Sunday flight confirmed will advise tomorrow afternoon
Son has not even bothered to pack yet.. well it would only take about 5 minutes if that
Saturday try to phone "Just in case" - No luck closed
Thinking well what the hell do i do now ? just turn up at the airport and hope something has been worked out - they had promissed/advised ealier in the week that they were going to put everyone on a virgin aircraft as they would be bringing a larger one...
9pm saturday night get another sms advising "Apologise for the Inconvenience" "don't go to the airport there is no flight" Ok now i feel like a heal as i bought a dud for my sons birthday, had we had more info earlier then could had looked at other options
Receive email on Sunday asking to reply re posponing the flight or request a refund... refunds will take about 6 weeks
Yeh i thought how will we get money back from a closed company? Luckily for me we purchased the ticket on credit card but that does not excuse in any way the deplorable attitude given to patrons & passengers
