As our flights have changed 2/3 times since booking have same problem. Got these numbers off Jetstar's website: Jetstar - Indonesia: 001 803 61 691 (24 hour assistance) & 61 3 9340 4904 (Direct). We fly out this week so guess we'll try them!! Cheers, Sonny.
