You avoid the small prick at the immigration station, and the guy giving the needle.
For those afraid of the needle and the minor associated pain, this is a painless (at the moment) proceedure, although it is likely that you will suffer ulcerated legions for some weeks after taking the HNOA (Henna needle on Arrival) treatment.
My friend is providing this service, and I am simply promoting it for a cut of the take.
