Stayed there in February this year in the front pool section and the hotel was relatively empty.
I requested that area as was told the back is where the party goers stay. I must have been unlucky as the only people other than myself in that wing where beside and above my room. They entertained local ladies all night, partied outside my balcony and spoke russian very loudly all night.
I complained in the morning but it happened again and I think the security may have been scared of them.
Thank god for all the cable TV/chanels as I stayed in bed the whole next day recovering from my missed sleep.
Also the window coverings only cover the bottom half of the window and the lights are on all night making the room very light.
I checked out after 2 nights and decided to not go too cheap as that is probably what happens when you do!
Hope you have a better experience than I did.
