As mentioned by Helenb; Jasmin Kitchen is very good; Kwizon is up market and good food; Sea Breeze is great views of the bay, (breakfast and sunsets and on clear days the mountains from Java are visible) which make up for the food being just OK. Kubla Lang Lang (sp?) has an extensive menu and an excellent lamb curry.
