We have had not problems with this NO FRILLS airline, and being a state school teacher we I am restricted as to when I fly.... usually peak times... so the last 3 trips within the last 12 months have been from GC=KL KL-DPS DPS-KL KL-GC.
We only booked last Monday for the first day of the Qld school holidays and secured seats for $850... jet* and virgin were well over double the price for this peak time... especially booking at such late notice...
make sure you leave SUFFICIENT time between flights as Air Asia as if you miss a flight you will have to pay again...
Would rather fly direct but not to be this time... this way we still get to Bali at a reasonable price.
