overseas it was 28 years ago. You were just a lad. Surely you wouldn't have to report it on your card after this long.It's not like you killed anyone. It probaly doesn't even show on the system anymore.
You can go and fill in a form to have your convictions removed especially being so long ago.
If they don't give you a visa for 60 days go for 30days then travel to Singapore for a day and night and then return back for the other 30 days. A bit of an expense but the only way round it I'm afraid if you can't get that 60 day visa.
