6 of us, while staying at Tegal Sari in March 07 did the cooking class.
It is held in a 'previous restaurant' building, on the left hand side of the driveway into TS, before Greenfields.
Nyoman (who owns Bali Sate in Seminyak) ran the class back then. He was an International executive chef with the Hyatt chain and we thoroughly enjoyed watching him prepare a gournet delight, which we later ate as our lunch.
I wonder if you could ask Tegal Sari to check if other guests are interested in doing the class??
