I've so far managed to get what i agreed to pay for, and don't like to think swindling is perceived as an inherent amoral characteristic of the Balinese people. It isn't. Many will give a fair deal, some will not.
If you were swindled out of your hard earned dollar in any country other than Bali would you find it amusing or criminal?
