We did the afternoon class on the Thursday 10 main courses and 2 deserts. Mainly did that class because of our tight time frame and also because I love Black Rice Pudding and that was included. Next time would like to do a morning class because I think you get to go to the market to buy the food to be cooked. Glad you enjoyed the JBR. Cheers Carofire
