I flew Air Asia from Australia to Bali via KL earlier this year.

You will need to book the two return flights separately. MEL/KUL/MEL and KUL/DPS/KUL.

As a previous poster has suggested, make sure that you leave at least three hours between flights in KL.

Also make sure that you pay for the quantity of checked in luggage that you require on both of the return flights.

I chose not to pay for insurance.

If you are travelling with others, I suggest that you pay the extra $A2 to book seats together.

I am flying to Bali again with Air Asia in September.
