Sorry to hear about your dissapointment with Kuta Paradiso.
I am a travel consultant based in Perth and for 3 nights you should of paid around the $440.00 amount for 3 nights. I do not sell this hotel. I inspected it when it first opened and did not like it.
If i had known you were on your honeymoon there are so many better options for you. What a shame your agent did not understand this. You really need to source a experienced travel consultant who knows Bali well. Your experience does not reflect on all travel consultants. There are good ones out there!!! Well done for getting the Alam Kul Kul cheaper. Im very surprised. 3 nights prices as $990.00 so sounds like you got a good offer. Good luck with your refund process. You really need some type of compensation considering you did not get what you paid for. Take care.
