I have recently returned, i got a cold a few days before we left to come home. I bought panadol cold and flu tablets at a supermarket. They were only $1 for one sheet of them. They had them in both day and night. Very readily available and one less thing to take. They worked just fine. I always take immodium as that is something you need straight away, cant always get to a chemist quick enough!! Also take my migraine tablets, but everything else is readily available, and so cheap.
