he flat out refuses to hand his passport over to anyone other than the customs official himself. I do see where he's coming from but after reading so many positive experiences of VIP VOA here on the forum I felt kind of reassured that it is safe to do.
He told me that I can do but what's the point in that if I'm just going to have to wait for him LOL. Fingers crossed that there is not a long wait otherwise he is going to have to deal with the cranky 3 year old LOL.
