This trip (my 9th) to our beautiful Bali was with my daughter and her friend (both 17).We flew Pacific Blue out of Perth at 7.40pm on Sunday night.................

Found the crew friendly, seats a little hard but it's a short flight so who cares.........
Organised VIPVOA with Hadi a few days earlier and it was great, there didn't seem to be any great delay and we had to wait for our bags for ages but last year we waited ages in the line and I didn't want to do that this time.
We were met by Rico our driver and promptly arrived at Beach Melati Apartments to be met by the security man who showed us to our apartment. YAY we are in Bali !!!!

The Apartment we had was a 2 bedroom on the first floor and it was really lovely, there isn't a lot of road noise and it seems everybody that stays there does the right thing and so we had no sleepless nights with partying etc.
The weather was pretty damn hot and humid, as we normally go to Bali in August I felt the difference !!
Ok Monday we headed up to Tommy's café in Rum Jungle Rd and handed over our tubes of Condensed Milk to Desma and Tommy....they were quite surprised I think to know that somebody had posted on the forum they aren't able to get the right Condensed milk to make their Caramel Slice and complete strangers were turning up with tubes for them!!
After a yummy breakki we changed some $$ and headed for House Of Komangs to order pants, skirts and tops for teen 2. Then to Dolphin Leather to order a jacket (dark purple !!), a new bag for me and a scissor pouch (bright purple !!) for teen 1.
We then headed to Carrefour and I bought up BIG on Martha Tillar and we got our supplies for the next few days.
Back home and up to Warung Yogya for our cheap and tasty lunch.....
Bit of relaxing and later walked up to Bintang Supermarket to get a sim for teen 2 then to Panterai for YUMMY tea.
Had to try the Patisserie at Bintang for take away dessert.....mmm a little too much me thinks YUM though.
