Hi, I used Optik Nusa just recently (May) They are at Jl.Diponegoro No 103 Dempasar. I had graduated lense made there - - cost in Aust for the lenses $590 in Bali $91.(I supplied the frame for this pair. I also had another pair made as sunglasses and frames included they were $130. Service was great and they took from Friday to Tuesday
