I too have not had a reply from my email from 25/5, then another to follow this up on 2/6.

We have made a booking for April 2010, which I did by ringing them,(after not getting any reply from their emails) even though the phone line wasnt very good, so heres hoping that we have got what we wanted. I did get a confirmation email from them early May.
