We were shown a room last year and it was not clean. Actually it was disgusting and we left the hotel immediately without being shown another room. Luckily we hadn't actually booked there, but were being relocated for just one night. No chance was I sleeping in a room where the bathroom was black with mould. You should probably check out tripadvisor as well. The most recent review is titled 'Great location but filthy dirty" - sadly for them, they actually stayed.
It's a shame because the location is good. It also seems that the hotel is going to be sold due to issues with the joint owners. See the link below.
Losari is in a good spot, but I've never looked through. Adi Dharma is a bit further into Kuta than I like to stay, so I've never seen through it either.
