you are only eligible for this visa under certain circumstances.
It is not a tourist visa.
On example of it's use is by the spouse and children of a person on a working visa, or spouse of an Indonesian citizen. The latter situation is harder to get, often they make the spouse of an Indonesian citizen get a 211 social visa first, and then apply for the temporary stay visa after the 3rd extension in-country.
