We stay there frequently and have done so with our kids for a number of years. They are now aged 11, 9 and 3, but still love it. We go to Bali every year for a month and this year did not stay at Hard Rock, yet we had to go to swim there as the pool is outstanding. We love the poolside cabanas which you can rent. Decided, we cannot go to Bali again without staying there. Yes, it is pricey for Bali standards, but worth it for at least part of your stay. THe standard (they call superior) rooms are small and basic. They are not overly sound proof either, can often here other guests in the corridors at night, but not too bad. The location is great, right in the centre of Kuta. The breakfasts are fine, great buffet, very kid friendly. It is a really fun place to stay and the pool is excellent. The kids club is also highly recommended. We have used it many times with our kids as they have grown up. This year we looked at the Loft Rooms (not good for young kids) and the Family Suites (which are great space and better value than getting two superior rooms). Any questions, let us know
