I saw one of his shows where he ate the still beating heart of a creature that had been killed just for him. So keen was he to try this cultural delicacy that he impatiently ordered the restaurant staff to "hurry up!" because the heart must be beating when he ate it.
Anthony Bourdain would eat anything and i wouldn't take his recommendation as a good thing to try.
